National Association of Forensic Laboratory Counsel
Who We Are
We were founded in January 2021 for the purpose of supporting and enhancing the professional development of forensic laboratory counsel through education and networking. Our membership includes those attorneys that are advising public forensic laboratories that primarily provide services to government or law enforcement agencies. We hail from states all across the nation, as depicted in dark blue in the graphic below.
Our Objectives
-
To encourage and support the dissemination of information among the members of the Association;
-
To discuss issues of common interest to the members and responses to those issues;
-
To foster the professional growth of the members through training and network development; and
-
To assist in maintaining a high level of professional competence among the members to support public forensic laboratories and their role in the criminal justice system.
